In the first phase of the Inception Workshop (Pre-Inception Workshop), which is planned to be held in two phases with both online and physical participation, the importance of the concepts of inclusion and collaboration in shaping the future of stakeholders was emphasized.
The preliminary Inception Workshop, conducted online on September 19, 2023, brought together 302 representatives from a diverse group of stakeholders across the country.
During the online event, participants delved into crucial aspects, including the delineation of stakeholder roles and responsibilities within the project, stakeholder expectations, identification of priority sectors for vulnerability and risk assessments in NUTS-1 regions, local climate action in cities, and expectations concerning key messages and anticipated project outcomes.
